Dum Aloo Recipe Step by Step With Photos
Step 1 :
First, for making Dum Aloo Recipe, we will take 500 grams of potatoes. Peel the potatoes and remove the skin.

Then, using a knife, we will make small cuts in the potatoes. After that, we will heat half a cup of oil in a pan.

Then, when the oil is hot, we will fry all the potatoes until they turn golden brown. Until then, we will fry them.

In the same oil, we will add chopped onions, ginger, a few cashews, garlic, and dried red chilies and sauté them for a minute for dum aloo recipe masala.
