How to make kadai paneer Recipe Step by Step With Photos
Step 1 :
First, take a pan to make kadai paneer recipe. In it, add one tablespoon of cumin seeds, one tablespoon of whole coriander seeds, and two to three dried red chilies (mild variety), and 8 to 10 black peppercorns. Crush them all coarsely and add to the pan.
Step 2 :
Afterward, all the spices should be ground; that is, they should be crushed using a mixer grinder. The taste of this mixture is excellent when added to the paneer.
Step 3 :
Next, to prepare the gravy, take a pan. Add one tablespoon of oil to it and heat it.
Step 4 :
Once the oil is hot, add garlic paste and finely chopped onions. Sauté them until the onions turn golden brown, which usually takes about two minutes. Then, add ginger paste and a bit of red chili powder. Cook until it attains a brown color, and then blend it smoothly. (For kadai paneer recipe)
