Pesarattu Recipe Step by Step With Photos
Step 1 :
To begin with the pesarattu recipe, take one cup of whole green gram (mung beans). In that, add two tablespoons of split chickpeas (chana dal). Wash them thoroughly and soak in water for a few hours. Then, drain the water and grind them into a smooth batter.

Then, let it ferment for a while. This means covering it with a muslin cloth and adding two green chilies, 1 tablespoon of whole cumin seeds (jeera), and about two inches of ginger, grated.
